Sunburst Residence
Sunburst Residence – Bellaire, TX. This spec home is designed with the family’s privacy in mind. Situated on a corner lot and surrounded by three streets, this house takes advantage of the program and creates a dynamic outdoor courtyard space internally. Mimimal traditional design, and a clean collection of materials organized in a contemporary manner creates a striking house for those passing by. However, more important is how the house functions on the inside. Main living and congregating spaces are on the ground floor, and have direct access to the courtyard.
